Mr. Christian N. Allison, II, serves as the President/CEO of the Liberian Bank for Development & Investment (LBDI) and is the Vice President of the Liberia Bankers Association. Before his current role, he worked at the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) for 21 years, holding positions such as Junior Bank Examiner, Senior Bank Examiner, Assistant Director for Supervision & Surveillance, Assistant Director for Regulation & Policy, Chief Risk Officer, and Director for Enterprise Risk Management.

Educationally, Mr. Allison graduated high school from St. Patrick’s High School in 1995, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting and Economics from the University of Liberia in 2001, received an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Cape Town in 2006, and completed a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from California Southern University in 2023.
