Doreen O. McIntosh

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, LBA

Doreen O. Mclntosh is a retired Banker and has a wealth of experience in the Banking profession. As a professional she has worked in middle and top management positions in both local and international organizations, some of which are Bank of Credit and Commerce (BCCI) (S.L) and Bank of Credit and Commerce (BCCI) (Liberia), National Petroleum Company (S.L)  LTD, International Committee of the Red
Cross ( ICRC) S.L, Eurobank Liberia and Ecobank Liberia LTD.  At EcobankLiberia she served for 17 years and was  
honorably retired in 2016.
 
As a banker she held the following managerial positions: Head of Consumer Banking, Country Risk Manager, Head of Retail Banking, Head of Retail Banking, Head of Branches and Channels, and is presently the Executive Secretary of the Liberia Bankers Association (LBA) Secretariat.
 
Doreen McIntosh has a Masters Degree in Busiess Administration with emphasis in Finance (MBA Finance) from  Cuttington University, 
Liberia  and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (BSc Economics) from the University of Sierra Leone.
 
During her service with the institutions she worked for, she attained certificates from external and in-house trainingssome of which are Bank
Leadership, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Retail Bank
Strategy, Credit and  Portfolio Management, Movable Asset 
Financing,  and  Risk Management. 
 
Whilst at Ecobank Liberia LTD. she was an active member of various 
Bank Committees,many of which she headed.  The latter include, 
Bank Credit  Committee, Disciplinary Committee, Operational Risk  
Committee, Business Unit Risk Committee.  She was a Member of the
Human Resource Committee, Member of the Asset and Liability
Committee, and a Member of the Bank Executive Committee.
 
Given her background and her wealth of experience, she provides
training and consultancy services to various  organizations as and
